As part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring customers of 24hrdelivery.com get
the best quality of service and to speed up the registration process, we have updated
our terms and conditions regarding being a registered courier. You do not need to
do anything, however if you do not agree to the terms and conditions please
click here to cancel your membership.
ADDITIONS TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BEING A REGISTERED COURIER WITH 24HRDELIVERY.COM
AND ENGAGING WITH BIDS/TRANSACTIONS WITH 24HRDELIVERY.COM USERS:
By bidding and accepting jobs listed on 24hrdelivery.com the courier agrees to the
terms and conditions as set out below:
You (the courier/employees of your courier company) have a valid full UK Driving
License that allows you to drive any vehicles you use for couriering jobs won/listed
on 24hrdelivery.com.
You (the courier/employees of your courier company) have the correct insurance policy
that covers you for courier work as governed by English Law and within the exclusive
jurisdiction of the English Courts. Your insurance certificate states that you (the
courier/employees of your courier company) are covered for courier work.
As a registered courier bidding and accepting jobs listed on 24hrdelivery.com you
(the courier/employees of your courier company) have a valid Third Party or Comprehensive
vehicle insurance cover, showing that you (the courier/employees of your courier
company) are permitted to carry 3rd party goods for hire or reward, including an
indemnity in respect of loss or damage to property of at least £1,000,000
– and your insurer is aware of the nature of your business and activities.
The policy covers you (the courier/employees of your courier company) for Goods
in Transit ('GIT') to a minimum value of £5,000, and/or CMR/ marine cover.
24hrdelivery suggests and has made you aware that, although not essential, it is
very advisable to have:
• Public Liability to a minimum of £1,000,000 especially if you (the
courier/courier company) are not a limited company
• Employers Liability insurance (note: this is required if you are a Limited
company and whenever you have a 'Duty of Care' to an employee, whether they are
regular full/part time or an occasional worker)
24hrdeivery.com assumes no responsibility in terms of completing the transaction
between the user listing the item and you (the courier/courier company). 24hrdelivery.com
merely provides the platform for users to list items and engage with bidding couriers
and courier companies.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds can only be issued if a refund application request has been emailed to support@24hrdelivery.com.
Refund applications must be made no later than 3 working days from the date payment
was made. This gives both parties sufficient time in order to arrange for the collection/delivery.
If no service can be agreed in this timeframe, then an application for a refund
can be raised. Once received, we will contact both parties involved in order to
get a full picture of the problem(s). If your dispute is found to be in your favour,
a refund will be issued via the same method when payment was made.
